Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 3, 2026. Last updated: June 3, 2026.
Claystone Studios is a service operated by Bright Automations LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using this website or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Claystone Studios provides a website-building and maintenance service for businesses, including a mobile-friendly website, hosting, an SSL certificate, Google Business Profile optimization, monthly SEO updates, a social media landing page, and ongoing support as described on our website.
2. Subscription & Billing
The service is offered at $99.95/mo with $0 setup, billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you may cancel at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial billing months; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period.
3. Free Preview
We build a preview of your website before any payment is collected. You are under no obligation to subscribe; billing begins only if you choose to publish and continue with the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to publish illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content, to send spam, or to resell the service without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a license to host, display, and modify it as needed to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you supply.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claystone Studios and Bright Automations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of its own breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Disputes & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. At either party's election, disputes may instead be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, on an individual (non-class) basis.
